There are 5 pools, miniature golf, tennis, fitness club, and new club house and a Championship 18 hole golf course. The rental week is THE PRIME WEEK for Florida vacations, with the Daytona 500 race the same week.
The unit is only three years old and overlooks a lake.
Big Screen TV in the living room and whirlpool tub in the master bedroomand with beautiful tile floor throughout.

The lock out unit provides the opportunity to rent every year and still have a condo unit to use while renting.
