General Description:
My 2 bed/2bath/kitchen resort unit is oceanfront and very centrally located on the Pacific coast for touring Costa Rica. The resort has a light black sand volcanic beach. There are lots of lounge chairs both on the grounds and the grass areas including hammocks. The resort staff go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Most speak English as English is mandatory in Costa Rican schools. The resort is a full amenity resort with four pools, two swim-up bars, many restaurants, a dance club, casino, tour office, gym, and theatre. There are no hawkers on the beach or timeshare people trying to sell you anything.

Resort Description:
You can spend your week relaxing around the many pools and large grounds, including a long pier that extends out over the ocean, or you can spend days touring. The resort is central to everything. The resort has all the amenties, including two fine dining restaurants and lots of activities, including a dance club, a casino and many pools, bars and restaurants.

Unit Description:
My unit is a master suite that is oceanfront on the top floor (3rd) just steps from the ocean and sand beach. It is in a very quiet area of the resort away from any traffic. My unit is a large 2bd/2bath unit with kitchen.

Nearby Attractions:
Many nearby attractions. The resort is very central to most all Costa Rica has to offer as the country is small and the resort is very central. Tour office on site, as well as a car rental. The resort also has a dance club, casino and nightly theatre. The resort and my unit is very quiet at night. The reort is wonderfully lit to walk around at night and enjoy the grounds and the large pier.

Nearby Restaurants:
There are restaurants nearby but the resort itself has many restaurants, snack bars, swim up bars, juice bars, etc. A-I is available, but not mandatory. The food is varied and very good.
