Our resort is completely self-contained and offers all the amenities you could wish for. Accommodations are comfortable, fully equipped condominium homes with full kitchen facilities, most with fireplaces and balconies with mountain or woodland views. All are just a short walk or on-demand shuttle ride to The Village Center for dining and shopping, or to our many kids’ program locations, other activities and, of course, our lifts and trails.
Your family and friends will love all the skiing and snowboarding our 3 big mountains have to offer. No matter what your skill level - we have terrain for all abilities, ranging from gentle cruisers for beginners to more advanced trails for intermediates, all the way to the East's only triple black-diamond trail, The Black Hole, for the most experienced skiers and snowboarders. Regardless of your ability or age, we have a world renowned ski and snowboard school, our own Snow Sport University® that will help you take your skills to the next level. Try out the latest ski or snowboard equipment during your vacation right here at our own 3 Mountain Equipment. And, we have so much more than just Alpine activities! Located next to The FunZone Family Entertainment & Activity Center and The Nordic Ski & Snowshoe Adventure Center, we have an indoor heated pool, two hot tubs, changing rooms, lockers and showers. Come swim or soak in one of our hot tubs or just relax by the pool while your children enjoy playing water games. Approved swim diapers for children not toilet trained are required. Please remember to bring towels from your accommodations. Use of the Courtside Pool is included in the Club Smugglers' Advantage Package. The Indoor Pool and Hot Tubs are open daily 10:00 am - 9:00 pm

While our condominium options are all within an easy walk or on-demand Resort Shuttle ride to all Village amenities, we offer a variety of location choices. Your choice may depend upon your desire for the serenity of a wooded area, the proximity to the facilities or amenities that are particularly important to your family or for a location in the heart of all the action.

You'll be lodged in one of our convenient, cozy, family-style, condominium homes, each with fully equipped kitchen facilities. All have cable TV, telephones, internet access, linens, cookware, dishware, glassware, utensils and in-home or in-building access to laundry facilities. Daily maid service is available at a nominal fee.

These lodges are open throughout the Winter season based on lift operation schedules.
