Resort Description:
Resort is located on the beach, the unit is not oceanview though. Air conditioning in bedroom. Close to airport and grocery stores, Costco, Walmart all the places families need for vacation supplies. Very low key family accomodations. Close to a great beach for kids, that has the wave action blocked off . Seemed to us it was located in a central area for coming and going each day while sightseeing the island. Close to all the most popular sites and experiences that Kauai has to offer. If you are looking for a luxery full service resort to stay there each day, this in not it. This is a great home base comfortable place.

Unit Description:
1 bedroom with queen bed, air conditioning in bed room only. Nice breeze when we went in April so we didn't need A/C all th etime. As usual we put the sofa bed mattress on the floor for the kids. Washer / dryer in unit was great, did towels every night after snorkeling at neraly beaches. Kitchen was big and full size everything. Perfect for us, we just eat breakfast there and pack up lunches for our day adventures, then eat out at night. There is a bar-b.que area, which was nice for visitng with other guests while cooking.

Nearby Restaurants:
There are restaurants nearby but I do not remember what they were called. There is a restaurants right next door at the hotel, which feels as though is it part of this resort even though it is not. We even went to Costco for pizza. We try to go light easy and no hassle and at the end of the day our group is too tired to get all dressed up to go out.
