Occidental Grand Aruba - Timeshare Rental and Resale

General Description:
**please note, the resort is currently booked from the 3rd week in Dec through the end of March 2010. Please do not ask for holiday weeks.
The unit is available still November (but not Thanksgiving week) and early Dec 2009 and April on 2010.
Beautiful resort. Oceanfront room. 2 rooms, each with their own balcony access. Second room has pull out sofa and full kitchen. Each room has their own full bathroom.
This unit is MANDATORY ALL INCLUSIVE which I highly recommend anyway.
They have excellent food and many choices. Easy, no need to bring money with you. Can sometimes get a voucher to go to other restaurants on the island.
Weekly rental price is before all inclusive rates, that is paid directly to the resort.
Email for week availability and price for all inclusive. If bringing children, depending on the age they are free or half price.
If making an offer to purchase, have 2009 and 2010 weeks still available.

The Occidental Grand Aruba is located on Palm Beach between the Radison and Hyatt. Highly rated resort!
We got married at this resort and had our honeymoon, and we loved every minute of it.

Unit Description:
Top of the line room. Features two separate rooms (for privacy if desired). Oceanfront, kitchen, 2 full bathrooms. Separated from the regular hotel guests. Definitely feel like you are being pampered.

Nearby Attractions:
Much to do, all inclusive package includes non motorized sports: catamarans, kayaks, beach volleyball. They have childcare facilities. Can go scuba diving, jet ski's, parasailing. All along the beach.
CASINO right in this resort, no need to walk to other places.
Plenty of choices for meals with the all inclusive package.

Nearby Restaurants:
All types of restaurants close by if you don't want to stay at the resort. However the resort features 5 restaraunts, buffet style or sit down, and live shows for entertainment.
Alcoholic beverages are included in the all inclusive package.
