50% of rent is due to lock your reservation, and the balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. A $100 security and 'incidentals' deposit is required at check-in, which will be refunded in full if the unit is left reasonably clean and undamaged (less incidental usages from restaurant, bar, etc). A cleaning fee may be assessed by the resort if the unit is vacated dirty beyond reasonable use (example carpet stains, excessive trash, food debris, etc). Payment Types: Visa, Mastercard, Discover. A 3% discount is available if paid by check (allow additional 10 days to clear your bank).
