The 2 studio's can be banked into RCI separately and be used for 2 different vacations. We have exchanged to Florida on many occasions and have stayed in 2 bedroom timeshares using one studio unit. Always a good RCI trade because it is a high demand week.

Week 7 is always President's school vacation week..... This is a deeded week 7 unit, but you can request to come here any week during blue time (November through March.)

Resort Description:
We have been owners for 20 years and had many great vacations here. Staff is friendly and helpful.

You'll appreciate that the pool and hot tub are indoors. Life guard is on duty when pool is open.

Unit Description:
Each studio side sleeps 4/2 privately and have adjoining doors for privacy sleeping areas. Mom & Dad in one room and kids in the other room.

One room offers a Murphy bed and sleep sofa. The kitchen is equipped with a full size fridge, cook top stove, large kitchen table, microwave, coffee maker, can opener, toaster. One TV with VCR/DVD player. Free wireless internet in the rooms.

The second studio has a queen bed, small refrigerator, cook top stove, microwave, toaster, coffee pot,TV, VCR/DVD player, free internet connection.

Due to the low maintenance fees, there are no extras at this resort such as fitness room, game room, washer and dryers, there is much to do in the general area that I feel it is not necessary.

Nearby Attractions:
There is a bowling alley across the street with a game room. Candy Corner is a favorite penny candy store for kids (and adults) to visit just around the corner on Main Street. Although the resort is on Main Street, the resort sits back towards North Street and Winter Streets.

Walking distance to McDonald's, Burger King, CVS, gas station. Coffee shops, Kennedy Museum and restaurants are less than 5 minutes away, walking time.

A car is recommended to see all that the Cape has to offer. A visit to Cape Cod Potato Chips is always amusing to do on a rainy/snowy day. Drive (as close as you can) to the Kennedy Compound. Many restaurants to enjoy. Supermarkets, movie theater nearby.

Hyannis is best known for its large, pretty beaches and deep-water harbor. Courtyard Resort is located in downtown Hyannis, close to the beaches and the docks. In addition to this great location, the resort offers an indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna, sun deck, and restaurant that presents live entertainment during the summer season. Set aside time for sight-seeing-the Cape is filled with many interesting attractions, including the famous Kennedy Compound. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Between April and October, a whale-watching cruise is a must.
