General Description:
It has one queen-sized bed and one pull-out sofa. While it is one big room with a separate room for the bathroom, the main room has a table and chairs and counter with bar stools, closets, TV, DVD player, coffee table, side tables, full kitchen with pans, dishes, and soap, towels provided. It is right on the beach at Daytona Beach with a beautiful view. There is an indoor pool/hot tub, exercise room, outdoor pool/hot tub, kiddie pool, game room, shuffleboard, small restaurant. Resort Description:
This resort is along the main street with all the other resorts along Daytona Beach. It is across a river from the city of Daytona. There are many tourist shops, restaurants, miniature golf courses, an old-time carnival, and waterpark. Both the indoor and outdoor pool are very nice. The outdoor pool has a lot of deck chairs and a place to grill close to the outdoor hot tub.

Unit Description:
Many of the rooms are being remodeled with new furniture and drapes. The TV works well and has cable. You will not get the same room everytime you go, but it will always be a studio.

Nearby Attractions:
A couple miles down on thetip of the peninsula is an interesting lighthouse compound to tour. Daytona has the Speedway, a huge Flea Market, and nice malls. Orlando is close by with Disneyland, Universal Studios, Epcot Center, Nasa, Sea World, The Holy Land Experience, and many smaller attractions. We went to Silver Springs, with the glass bottomed boats and lots of wildlife, and an alligator farm.

Nearby Restaurants:
The restaurant in the resort is small, more of a bar setting. There are restaurants up and down the main road in front, from a locally owned Italian place to big chains like IHop and Red Lobster. A grocery store about a mile away supplied us with food for making a lot of our own meals.
