The kitchen is small but has everything you need. The bathrooms are spacious - you need to bring your own toiletries. Satellite TV, DVD player keeps you entertained while you are in but there is so much to see and do why would you stay in? Building is well maintained and units have hardwood floors. There is a night watchman so you security is assured.

This is an executive apartment hotel and most guests actually live here for longer terms, only a few units are available for rentals. The Nell Gwynn has a long history as this is a building which a former King of England built for his mistress, Nell Gwynn. The road leading to this area is in a direct line from the palace - thus easy access for him - and now for you to come and go to the centre of London.

Unit Description:
Very comfortable beds - in fact in all of my wanderings around the world, quite possibly the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in with the possible exception of mine. The units have hardwood floors so you don't have to struggle with allergies. The bathroom is spacious with a tub if you choose to take a soak. The kitchen is small but functional. There are two elevators.

Hyde Park, Harrods, The Royal Albert, The British Museum, Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, Westminster Cathedral, The Tower of London, Windsor Palace, The London Eye to name but a few of the many places you must see during your stay - by the way if you manage to see all of these in less than four days it would be nothing short of a miracle. You will need the full week to enjoy them all.

Kensington is a very ecclectic area with all kinds of restaurants, excellent asian and indian restaurants rub shoulders with french cuisine and hearty english restuarants and pubs. Kensington is very upscale but for less pricy fare you do not have to go far - head towards Sloane station and there is a wide variety of food available at a cheaper price.
