Playa Grande Resort - Timeshare Rental and Resale

General Description:
Renters would pay us directly for use of the timeshare. The Playa Grande does not 'rent' the rooms for us and we need to rent it this year.

Resort Description:
The resort has two restaurants and 4 pools. Two of the pools have a good area for small children and areas for adults to swim. One pool and the hot tub are adult only areas. The 4th pool is good for children who swim and adults. The food service around the pools is dependable and the food is good. The penthouse is owned so photos are not available on the website, but I can send you some (they may have family in them, but they give an idea).

You can walk to the Marina and town from this resort in about 10 minutes. Taxis are also available.

There is an in-house doctor and a store at the resort for basics needed.

The kitchen has a stove top and a microwave, but no oven. There is a coffee maker and a refrigerator/ freezer in the kitchen.

Unit Description:
This is the Penthouse at Bldg. C at Playa Grande. Great views of the Sunset, whale watching, the pool is below. Both bathtubs have jets. There is a Queen/double pullout couch with a TV in an area of the penthouse that has a privacy screen available in the room. One bedroom has a King bed, one has 2 double beds. Both bedrooms have TV's as well. The penthouse is located on the top floor in Bldg. C. There is Air Conditioning in each room and the common room.

Nearby Attractions:
Cabo Dolphins is right down the road. The Marina and town are a 10 minute walk from the resort. Go Whale watching on the pirate ships, take a water taxi to downtown Cabo, Glass bottom boat rides, snorkeling trips, sky diving, jet skis...all available in Cabo!! November has great weather..the days and nights are warm, around 70 - 85 degrees.

Nearby Restaurants:
Two restaurants are at the resort, one is a fancy, the other more casual. Once you get to the Marina there is an assortment of seafood, Mexican, Italian, Sushi and many other restaurants. Cabo has a Cabo Wabo, the Giggling Marlin where you can get hung upside down as if you are fish! There are great places for drinks and yummy food.
