This is a lock off with a 1 bedroom unit that sleeps 4 and a studio unit that sleeps 4 as well. Take a peek at their site www.vacationvillageresorts.com to see the units set up. In all it is owning two separate units that you can exchange for one week apiece or a two bedroom for one week every other year. If you work it right it's a weeks vacation every year!

We have enjoyed using our timeshare several times since purchasing but each have settled in opposite sides of the country and don't get a chance to use it much anymore...

Each unit at Vacation Village at Bonaventure is air-conditioned, has a telephone and a microwave oven. All one bedroom units have 2 televisions, and either a full or a partial kitchen. 'B' units are 480 sq ft. They do not have jacuzzis, balcony or patio. Unit upgrades are not possible. Laundry facilities are located on each floor. In-room wireless available for a fee. 1BR units OCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 bath, 1 king bed and a sleep sofa. Studio unitsOCC: Max 4/Pri 4 have 1 queen bed and a sleep sofa. The resort has elevators. *GUEST CERTIFICATE GUESTS MUST BE 21YRS* No pets are allowed. A security deposit isrequired at check-in payable by credit card. This will be refunded at check-out.A car is strongly recommended to fully enjoy the area.
