This is a floating week unit. As soon as I know what date you want I will call the resort and confirm the week you want is available. Sorry, floating weeks cannot be used for weeks 51 and 52.

Partial week also available: 3 nights (Friday-Monday) $500, or 4 nights (Monday-Thursday) $625. This is the only way the resort lets owners book partial weeks, so please don't ask for different nights.

This is a Master Suite that sleeps 5 (a master bedroom with a King-size bed and a large sofa couch in the livingroom. Some units also have a murphy bed that folds up into the wall). There is a kitchen, dining area, livingroom, lots of closet space, and 2 bathrooms. Playa Grande has Saturday and Sunday check-in days.

We love the location!!! You are within easy walking distance (less than 1 mile) from the center of town -- and there are great restaurants and fishing docks even closer than that.
