There is a choice of sea views to the front or views over the pool area and across to the public park and through to the mountains beyond.

Benal Beach is a large apartment block on the sea-front of Benalmadena-Costa, which is a short drive from Malaga - the capital City of Andalusia, Spain. There a a multitude of Bars, Restaurants of all nationalities, Amusements for kids along the street running along the frontage. The sea is a few yards across the main road outside the block. A short ride along the coast is the lively town of Torremolinos which has lots of Bars,Restaurants, Amusements and night-life.
Just up the hill behind the complex is n the Spanish village of Arroyo-del-Miel with its lively Tivoli Park amusement park
In the complex there restaurants, supermarket, fitness, swimming pool etc and outside is the biggest private swimming pool network in Spain, there are 5 pools interconnected with slides and jumps, and in the middle of the main pool is a BAR !

Unit Description:
The units are 1-bedroom (sleeps 2 ) and a pull out bed in the lounge ,so the apartment sleeps 4.
There is a kitchen with microwave and all equipment. Depending on availability (as the weeks are 'floating' ) some apartments have sea-view with a balcony while others are overlooking the pools and the mountain range in the distance.
The 2009 Maintenance charges (paid) are 613 GBP , total for 2 weeks
