Leisure Club International at Padre Island - Timeshare Rental

General Description:
I have this 3 bedroom week reserved for 2010. However I can attempt to reserve any time you may desire but it will likely be a two bedroom two bath unit. Booking for June to September will be very difficult if not reserved many months in advance. The September thru May will be more likely. There are 77 condo's in this complex and 23 of them are in the timeshare program.

Resort Description:
Bring your boat and tie it up at your condo. Enjoy the waters of Laguna Madre and the Intercoastal waterway. Fish from just 15 feet from your condo. If you want to try the Gulf of Mexico with your boat, the Packery Channel is now open and is a short distance from your dock. The big ones are biting.

Unit Description:
Some units are flat and all on the ground level. Others units are flat and all on the second level, others are tri-level. Some units front on a canal while most units front on the main body of Laguna Madre.

Nearby Attractions:
The beach is about two miles from the Condo. A beach pass is required for parking on the beach. Cost about $15.00 per year, purchase at a conveience store. The Padre Island National Seashore is about 10 miles. If you have a National Parks Pass it is free. A one day pass is $10.00. Very well maintained beach at the visitor center. To drive down the beach a Four wheel drive is recommended.
The Texas State Aquarium and the USS Lexington is east of downtown Corpus Christi. The Shore Drive to downtown is outstanding as compared to expressways. Two story Whataburger believed to be the firsts but according to Google it is not. Corpus is Whataburger headquarters.

Nearby Restaurants:
None on the property. I like Snoopy which is under the JFK Bridge and you can see from most units. For in town my favorite is Kieko Mexican food. On Everhardt 4 blocks West of SPID, closed Sunday.
