This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath DELUXE unit owned at Lindo Mar - it is NOT 'world wide vacation club' so you own it forever. It is fixed week 42 in unit 303 but you are allowed to change your dates annually at no fee so the usage is more like floating if you prefer - the current reservation in place for 2010 is January 16-23 which can be changed if you like.
