General Description:
Located in Upper Matecumbe on 4 acres on the Atlantic Ocean. Very quiet. Large screened in porch off back with furniture.

Resort Description:
Great place to fish, lobster or just kick back and relax in the beautiful Florida sun. Resort has private boat dock. Llobster season begins August 6, 2009. We're only renting because we can't make it this year.

Unit Description:
Upstairs large one bedroom unit. Tropical furnishings. Bedroom has queen size bed and living room has a sleeper sofa. Full kitchen and large screened in porch.

Nearby Attractions:
Located in Islamorada which is great for fishing, water sports, wonderful restaurants, charter boats and just about anyhting you want to do.

Nearby Restaurants:
Local seafood retaurants you just can't beat. If you like the old favorites, there's an Outback Steakhouse too.
