Winter 1 bedroom, weeks 1- 50.Plus optional bonus summer week each year weeks 18-43, just pay maintenance fee.
Check in any day,split unit into 2 studios or upgrade to 2 bedroom when available (additional fees apply)

I own multiple weeks with UVC and can not go to Arco and/or Flamingos 3 times a year anymore, my loss is certainly your gain.
