Located directly on the harbor in Newport, Inn on Long Wharf is within a short walk of Newport's endless array of historic and modern sight-seeing attractions.


There are so many things to do for the whole family. This is usually an event happening here such as the Black Ship Festival or Tall Ships which is held at Goat Island and it is within walking distance. I do not know the dates for the events in 2010 but they usually fall in the later week of the timeshare week we are listing for rent.

Will consider a partial week or a weekend rental, but would rather rent the entire week.

Resort Description:
This resort is centrally located by Thames Street on one side and beautiful Newport Harbor on the other. The resort allows the use of the indoor and outdoor pools, exercise room, changing room facilities and showers (which can be used for early arrivals and late departures) and gas grills for your cooking pleasure which are located a few steps across the street. Buy lobsters from local fisherman and cook them in your room. Enjoy the harbor view from your living/dining area. The rooftop view is fantastic!

Unit Description:
The units are newly decorated and spacious. They feature one king bed and a comfortable queen sleep sofa which can be separated for privacy. The unit has 2 televisions, a kitchenette with a cook top stove and a full size refrigerator. There is everything you need to enjoy cooking in your room if you wish. Lobster Pots maybe available so request one if you know you will need it. You will enjoy the beautiful harbor front view from your living/dining area. Washer and dryers are located on the third floor. Internet access will be available.

This resort is centrally located in the heart of historic Newport and is walking distance to restaurants, shops, wharf areas, ferry service, museums, parks and more. It is just minutes from the Newport mansions on Bellevue Ave., beaches, Ocean Drive, golf, vineyards, theaters, Newport Tennis Hall of Fame, and countless attractions.

Nearby Restaurants:
Newport offers world class dining, waterfront dining, fine dining, casual restaurants, seafood, Italian, French cuisine and basically any type of dining to satisfy your budget or your palate! Many of these restaurants are walking distance from the resort, and the choice is endless! One of my favorites is the Brick Alley Pub.
