This unit is for rent for week 27 for next year (2010.) The rental week begins and ends Saturday to Saturday. NO other dates are available.

The Courtyard Resort is located off Main Street in Hyannis, short walk to nearly everything. Beach, dine, shop, etc. Unit on 1st floor with walk out to the Courtyard and barbecue pits. Prime July week in the Heart of Cape Cod! Take a day trip to the Islands. Great Mid Cape location.

Resort Description:
Courtyard Resort is located in downtown Hyannis, close to the beaches and the docks. In addition to this great location, the resort offers an indoor pool, whirlpool, sauna, sun deck, and restaurant that presents live entertainment during the summer season. Set aside time for sight-seeing-the Cape is filled with many interesting attractions, including the famous Kennedy Compound. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Between April and October, a whale-watching cruise is a must.

Unit Description:
One bedroom timeshare (sleep 4) has a queen bed, cook top stove, microwave, full size refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, 2 televisions and a sleep sofa. It is located on the first floor steps away from the pool.

This resort is a renovated Howard Johnson resort, the units are clean, and the Courtyard Resort is one of the few timeshares that has cooking facilities.

Your unit is about 10 feet from the pool area and BBQ area located just beyond the pool area. The towel and bed sheet exchange room is just down the hall and there are only 2 to 3 steps to walk.

Nearby Attractions:
The resort is close to the beaches, miniature golfing and shopping. Waking distance to the Kennedy Museum and many Main Street shops and restaurants. Take a day trip to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket or go whale watching! Easy access to the highways and beaches.

Nearby Restaurants:
Very convenient location- Walk to the Kennedy Museum, restaurants, CVS, ice cream shops, bowling alley, Burger King, Mc Donald's. Short drive to grocery stores and malls. Take a tour at Cape Cod Potato Chip factory, Monday through Friday. Your close to beaches and shopping, mini golf, etc. Short ferry ride to Block Island, Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard. This resort is located in Mid Cape so day trips to Provicetown and Plymouth Rock are not far away. Boston is about an hour away or should you want to visit Newport RI, it is 72 miles away.
