General Description:
We are selling our Timeshare at Calypso Cay resort in Kissimmee, Florida. The unit is a 3 bedroom resort unit @ Calypso Cay Vacation Villas. Calypso Cay, a Caribbean-themed resort playground for the entire family, has numerous swimming pools and water features, a lighted miniature golf course, and acres of fun. The resort is very close to Walt Disney World, Universal Orlando, Sea World, and other Orlando attractions. AmeriSuites Vacation Club at Calypso Cay is only about an hour's drive away from Busch Gardens, Kennedy Space Center, and beautiful beaches. The resort villas combine the luxury of a condo with the amenities of a luxury hotel and has many swimming pools, water features, and a lighted miniature golf course.

The unit is a red week and it is a 3 bedroom / 2 bath, sleeping capacity is 8 or 10 and it is a floating unit. We have owned it owned it for 5+ years, paid in full, and the maintenance fee has not increased. The 2009 maintenance fees have been paid in full.

The unit is deeded.


We are selling at 1/2 of what we paid for and much less than you can buy at Calypso Cay. We have also exchanged the unit without issue and we have traveled to resorts in MN, Wisconsin, San Diego and Mexico. With the trades, we are able to split the unit to a 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom weeks at Calypso Cay and deposit the 2 weeks with Interval International and you get more usage.

Finally, we have one week banked with Interval International that is part of the sale!!!
