Now taking 2010 week 51 (DEC 19-26, 2010) vacation request for this Prime location within 1 mile of the parking entrance to Walt Disney World. Quite Privacy is here in this wonderful Air Conditioned resort (NO ENERGY FEE) that offers quick and easy access to Walt Disney World Theme Parks parking entrance. This is the LL304 spacious 1 BR King suite with TV, BR private bath and Jacuzzi, which shares available Amenities including tennis courts, private adult pool, additional family pool area with spa, and children's play areas. This world famous East Coast Resort is located as the closest most accessible Resort to the Walt Disney visitor parking entrance. Extra roll-away bed to sleep 6 is fee based. Restaurants and stores are located at the Resort entrance. Resort is within a 10-minute drive to championship golf courses, which are open to the public.

Full Kitchen and Dining area with 2nd full bath beside Kitchen. Washer and Dryer are located within the suite. Week 51 is known as Christmas week, which is the most desirable week during the year to visit Walt Disney World next door. This is a 1BR/2Bath/Full Kitchen/2TV unit for 4 people, but 6 comfortably with extra roll-away (extra fee) on first come basis or bring own air mattress.

Check-in on Sunday, reservations go fast and only a few are ever rented as they are in high demand from our family, friends and Mickey Mouse fans. This suit is wonderful for prospective renters, because we are willing to rent this even year highly desirable timeshare. Let us know what your plans are as soon as possible, but hurry because we have to lock in who is staying at the time share during week 51 before October 1st of each even year. We have found the Hospitality Desk to be one of the most accommodating and caring of all the places we previously stayed at, that is why with location, location, location and helpful, trustworthy host to boot sold us, so we arranged to buy into this timeshare without hesitation when we found out it was available.
