DOG Friendly Time-share!!!!! It is hard to find a resort that lets you bring your small dogs!!! They just charge a $60 a week cleaning fee.

This is a 2 bed room lockout unit. You can rent part A for $600 and get the full kitchen.
Or you can rent part B for $600 and get a mini kitchen. If you rent part B it is reserved this year for the pet friendly building and you can take your small dogs or cat for a $60 a week cleaning charge.
If you need both units you can rent them both for $1100 but I can not get them together in the dog friendly building. You have to reserve well in advance for the pet friendly building.
Each one bedroom unit has a queen size bed and a fold out sleeper sofa. The unit sleeps 4 people and both one bedrooms together sleeps 8 people.
The furniture is new and the unit is nicely decorated. Each unit has cable TV.

Resort Description:
The resort has a large indoor and a large outdoor pool. Barbecue grills are available outdoors. The exercise rooms are nice and the equipment is first rate and up to date. Lots of activities for children. The resort is new and still selling weeks. You can buy from the developer for $14000 or buy from me for a lot less or get a good deal on a Summer rental.
The resort is an annual use week 30, RCI gold Crown. It trades very well with RCI. The resort is on a lovely site on the side of a mountain.

Unit Description:
Queen size bed and a fold out sofa sleep a total of 4 people.for each One bedroom half of the lock out. Mini kitchen with half size refrigerator in part B and a full kitchen in part A. Cable Tv in each unit.

Nearby Attractions:
The Berkshires are like Heaven in the summer. Everything is cool and green.You can go to theatre, outdoor concerts, opera, Children's theatre, all first rate productions. The area also has 3 world class art museums. There is canoeing, white water rafting, hiking, all sorts of outdoor recreation. Lots of children's activities. Plenty of restaurants, shopping, antique stores.
