General Description:
Comfortable large studio, sleeps 4. Great for family with two children or for adults. The unit has a mini kitchen with half size refrigerator and microwave. No stove. Bathroom has TUB, Shower and hair-dryer. Lots of clean towels and free daily maid service. Friendly helpful staff.

You can rent two weeks. One starts Friday July 31 to July 7 2009. The other starts Friday August7 to August 14. $500 a week. If you need just part of a week we can negotiate.

These are floating use any time weeks. I own 3. One is a lockout in case you need a larger unit for 8 people. This resort trades like Cape Cod in the Summer with RCI.

Resort Description:
Sea Mist Resort is located just off Route One. The resort has a large indoor swimming pool and a whirlpool/hot tub. There are outdoor barbecue grills.
I had a great time here, went to the beach every day. We saw families with children regularly splashing around in the indoor pool after a day at the beach. Maine's South Coast has some of the worlds finest beaches. Great area for sea food. The lobster pounds offer real value and the locals eat their.

Nearby Attractions:
The beaches are unbelievable!!!!!!!! The Rachel Carson Nature Preserve is nearby and terrific for hiking. Their is a farm house/Museum that also has great hiking paths. Shopping is great and discount outlets abound. Lots of free outdoor activities. Lots of things for children to do. Fishing, boating, bird watching, beach combing is better than wonderful. Maine in the Summer is as close to heaven as you can get.

Sea food and Maine home cooking. Food in main is like food used to be before commercialisation.Fresh sea food, fruit pies, first rate food like you grandmother used to make. You can also get good piza and the usual fast food for the kids.
