The 1300 sq foot suite includes a large terrace with an AMAZING UNOBSTRUCTED OCEAN VIEW, full kitchen with service for six, living area, and dining area. The terrace is accessible from both the bedroom and living area. Master bedroom has two queen beds and Jacuzzi tub with view to the ocean; separate living area has pullout queen sleeper. This resort has spared no expense in choosing quality materials to give the entire property a luxurious feel. The resort features an expansive PRIVATE BEACH (inaccessible to beach vendors), three pools including a shallow one for kids, swim-up bar (for adults!), fitness center, lighted tennis courts, bar and restaurant. We toured over ten resorts in Cabo before choosing this one; it is, by far, the BEST as it is removed from crowded downtown and Sea of Cortez beach but with full access to all Cabo attractions via the complimentary shuttle to downtown. Local activities include championship golf, whale watching, deep-sea fishing, Los Arcos, horseback riding, sea kayaking, snorkeling, scuba, shopping, native arts and jewelry! This is a one-week rental: Saturday-to-Saturday. This rental is a great deal as Sunset Beach's regular hotel rates for a Master Suite for this week (as of March '08) are $300 per night plus 22% taxes & fees: total cost of over $2500 for the week. Pay less and get a much better suite!
