looking to rent this unit out for 75 a night for week long stay or purchase unit for 9995. Its a beautiful place and I am looking to sell it with no profit to make from it just need to consolidate my bills and lose this luxury place i have enjoyed for 3 years now. I paid 12500 for it so the lose is my own fault if i can not find renters but its a steal of a deal for who ever wants to be a snow bird and enjoy beautiful arizona between 1-20 week and 42-52 weeks
