Resort Description:
Located on Little Lake Bryan, this resort provides hammocks and chairs near the water's edge for a lazy afternoon nap. A dock and gazebo extend out on the water. Two swimming pools handle the resort's guests quite well - it never seems crowded. Tennis, basketball and sand volleyball courts are also available. There is a small playground for children. Park style (charcol) grills and picnic tables are located in various areas throughout the property. In the clubhouse, you will find a small arcade game room and a small exercise room. The staff has organized activities throughout the week.

Unit Description:
This 3 bedroom/3 bath unit has two master bedrooms with king beds. One of the masters has a jetted tub. These bedrooms are located at opposite ends of the unit. The third bedroom has twin beds. Each bedroom (and livingroom) has a television, and a full line-up of cable channels is provided. The kitchen is well equipped including a dishwasher and microwave, and the unit has a washer/dryer. A screen porch with table and chairs makes 'outdoor' dining a pleasure. The living area and bedrooms are carpeted. Pool towels are provided by the resort.

Nearby Attractions:
This resort is located on Rt535 very near all the attractions. Because of the location, everything is easy to find and drive to. Downtown Disney is just a few miles away. There is an outlet mall located within 2 miles of the resort on RT535, and the Orlando Prime Outlet Mall is also very close. There is an Exit for Rt 535 on I-4 quite close to the resort. Rt. 417, I-Drive and Rt 192 are all just a turn or two away.

Nearby Restaurants:
Every major chain restaurant is close by this resort. Bennigan's, Bahama Breeze, Golden Coral and Smokey Bones are probably the closest. Wendy's and Chic-Fil-A are on 535 just a minute or two from the resort.
