Marriott St. Kitts Beach Club - Timeshare Rental

General Description:
This timeshare is availble for the Gold Season of 2010. The season runs from May through Dec, excluding October. Pictures of the resort can be viewed at Marriott’s website for this vacation club. The advantages of staying in a villa as opposed to a hotel room are immeasurable.

Resort Description:
We spend one week every Jan in St Kitts at our timeshare at this Marriott. We sometimes participate in the activities of the hotel or just relax on our private porch at the pool designated only for the timeshare guests. The service at the resort is always top notch. They will make any arrangements for you, whatever your pleasure. Vacation club members have their own check in area. They also receive a VIP card for discounts at local merchants. The Marriott also hosts a private wine reception once a week for the timeshare owners.

Unit Description:
These large villas are tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture arranged nicely on beautiful tiled floors. The kitchen is fully equipped with all stainless appliances and granite counter tops. A large eat in kitchen counter separates the living room area. A nice dining room table seats 6 people for meals at home. Off of the living area is a large master bedroom with a king size bed and private outside entrance. It also has a large private bath with a Jacuzzi, double sinks, bidet, and a walk in shower. The second bedroom located on the other side of the unit has 2 queen size beds and an attached large bathroom. There is also a double pullout couch in the living room. We love the location of the villas to the hotel. We enjoy the privacy of our own place but have all the amenities of the resort hotel at our fingertips.

Nearby Attractions:
Life is pretty laid back on St Kitts. The location of the Marriott is on the Atlantic but a quick 15-20 minute walk will put you on Timothy Beach which is located on the Caribbean. Timothy beach offers a quiet beach during the day with local drinks and eateries. Nights, particularly Fridays are fun dining, and hanging out with the locals! Island tours, shopping, and all types of water activities are available and can be arranged through the hotel. The catamaran trip over to Nevis is a good time. The local history is interesting on both islands. Rent a car (they drive on the left) or let a cabbie take you around.

Nearby Restaurants:
There are several good restaurants on the property. (Good pizza by the main pool.) There are a variety of restaurants all around the island. Some of them are within easy walking distance of the resort.
