General Description:
This unit is available in 2010 but not 2009. I have 2 weeks available for rent and one is also for sale. The unit for sale is a floating week every even year. Check in is Friday, 17 Dec 2010 and checkout is Friday, 24 Dec 2010 and the other week is check in Friday, 24 Dec 2010 and check out Friday 31 Dec 2010. Dates cannot be changed. This is a very well maintained resort and in the busiest part of Gatlinburg. No need to have the car when walking downtown.

Resort Description:
At light 8 at top of hill in downtown Gatlinbug. Nice indoor heated pool and new jacuzzi tub. Towel exchange everyday and free laundry on each floor.

Unit Description:
2 bedroom, 2 bath. Full kitchen, gas fireplace. Jacuzzi in Master bedroom. Balcony with table and chairs. Nice clean and well set up units.

Nearby Attractions:
Obergatlinburg ski resort is nearby. Shopping outlets nearby. About 2 miles from National Park.

Walking into town. Shuttle stop in front of resort. Internet.

Nearby Restaurants:
Close to all the restaurants in downtown Gatlinburg. We walk to the Hard Rock all the time. Many other restaurants between resort and shuttle stop is in front of resort.
