Paradise Village Beach Resort and Spa - Timeshare Rental and Exchange

General Description:
We have a 2-BDR and 2-Bath unit facing the harbor. You walk in the unit and the door to the full bath for the guest room is to your right (another door of the bathroom is connected with the guest room). The left is a big closet with a safe and all the usual items you find in a hotel room closet. Further down the hall, you have a fully equipped kitchen with a full size refrigerator, blender, toaster, microwave, oven, range top, all the cooking pots & pans, dishes, bowls, flatware, etc. The kitchen opens up to the living room and dining room area. There is a pull out couch that turns into a queen size bed. There is a TV in the room. There is also a dining table. There is a huge balcony connected to the living room and the master BDR with a table and chairs. There is a king-size bed in the master BDR. The master BDR has a TV and a full bath in the suite. The guest room has a king-size bed as well. I think you can request different configurations for the bedrooms. All rooms are equipped with a ceiling fan.

Resort Description:
The resort is facing the Banderas Bay about 15 minutes north of downtown Puerto Vallarta. It has a marina that provides fishing, boating, and all kinds of water sports. You will also see million-dollar yachts parked there which really is quite a sight to see. It has two spas, a sports complex, a golf course, in/out door tennis courts, several pools/lap pools, outdoor jacuzzi, several in/out door restaurants/bars, a pier with a wedding chapel, an event center, a mini zoo, a sea turtle sanctuary within walking distance. You can also rent all kinds of sports equipment at the resort. In additional to the timeshare units, the resort complex has a Marina Residence, underground parking lots, condos, single family homes each with its own boat dock and swimming pool. Several interesting towns (i.e. downtown Puerto Vallarta, Busaria, Mismaloya) are only a taxi ride away. You'll find excellent restaurants and art scenes in these nearby areas. There is a shopping mall right outside the resort with all kinds of shops and restaurants. With the favorable exchange rate, you really will have a great time at a very reasonable cost.

Unit Description:
The standard view is harbor view but can be upgraded to an ocean view with additional points. The furniture has a tropical feel. Maid service and other services are unbelievable. You will feel like a royalty.

Nearby Attractions:
Puerto Vallarta is a town with a lot of history and culture. Walking through the town, you will see how the local people live and have fun. There is a 200-year old church. You can stop by and see local weddings and take part in the Christmas service. The boardwalk is always packed. You will see all kinds of street vendors, artists, musicians, local folks just walking around and having fun. The restaurants around town and nearby are out of this world. They are gourmet ,feature local chefs, and most of them are outdoor dining where the setups are like a dream. Puerto Vallarta is so much more than just a party town. Nearby areas like Busaria, Mismaloya, San Francisco, and many small towns where you can find horseback ridings, zip lines, and many activities and adventures. We've been there almost every year for the past 15 years and we found something new to do every time we visited.
