Island Park Village Resort - Timeshare Rental

General Description:
Summer near Yellowstone! Finding accommodations near Yellowstone Park can be VERY difficult, especially in summer. This 1-bedroom condo is at Island Park Village, only 22 miles from the west entrance to Yellowstone. This is an older resort, but it has undergone continuous updating, and is clean and comfortable, with a full kitchen. Save money on vacation by making some of your own meals! The resort also includes many free recreational activities; see details below. Price is $500 for the week, which is less than $72 a night! No additional mandatory fees.

I own numerous timeshares and rent them out frequently. I have a standard rental agreement that I suggest we both sign, as this helps protect both parties. A copy of the rental agreement is available upon request. References also available upon request. Paypal and personal checks accepted.
