Unit Description:
This is a 2 Bdrm, 2 Bath summer unit in Cottages at Shipyard, Week 31, August 1st - 8th, 2009
A great vacation for the kids, 'What I did on my summer vacation' the English teracher will love this one.
Perhaps they can even bring a friend, now that mom & dad have a condo, what parent would object to that?
The cottages are modeled after Key West bungalow's, all the units sit in a cul de sac and are either located on a lagoon or golf course. Our unit is facing the golf course.
Each unit has it's own parking place outside your door for your convenience.
The furniture is nice, comfortable and kid friendly for a relaxing care-free vacation.

Nearby Attractions:
Coligny Plaza is nearby with 80 restaurants and shops, an ice cream stand, internet cafe, grocery store, and there is a coffee shop that opens at 6am for the early birds, the plaza is located directly across from the ocean.
A bike ride away or short drive, Shipyard Plantation is very close to this section of the Island.
A day cruise to Savannah where you can shop and have lunch at world famous Spanky's on River St will be worth the trip.
It leaves from the Lighthouse in Sea Pines, they also have a dinner cruise.
Hilton Head Island is called 'America's Favorite Island'!!
This is the place, great for kids and adults, it is not just about golf, kids love the dolphins, horse-back riding, kayaking, and much, much more.

Fitzgeralds is nice & romantic with a good wine list and great steak dinners, they are right on the ocean a few minutes from the plaza on N Forest Dr.
