This membership allows you to stay 4 weeks in a studio unit, 3 weeks in a one bedroom or two weeks in a two bedroom unit each year at the following resorts: North Lake Lodges in Incline Village NV, Thunderbird Resort Club in Sparks (Reno) NV, Tahoe Caparral on lake Tahoe, or you can stay 1 week each year in a two bedroom unit at the Ridge Sierra in South Lake Tahoe or in a 3 bedroom unit at North Lake Lodges in Incline Village. You don't have to stay a whole week if you don't want. Your allowed to roll over up to 3 years of time to the next year. You can bank these weeks with Interval International and I have traded for a Marriott two bedroom unit in Orlando in the middle of prime summer months in the past. These units are in demand so they trade well.
You may carry forward up to 4 years of time before it has to be used. Can bank units with Interval International or RCI. They trade well.
