General Description:
Week # 20 in May 2010. Check in after 3 pm on May 15, 2010. Great week to be on the beach. Check in on Saturday and check out on following Saturday. Great location. Great staff. Beach front unit with nice views. Top floor of 4 story buidling with screened lanai directly facing Gulf of Mexico. Elevator so no need to worry about steps. Very nice resort with the very best location on the beach. Just a few buildings south of the Pink Shell Resort complex.

Super resort. Great location. Nice heated pool and hot tub on beach side of building. On site free tennis, free bikes, free laundry, free ping pong, free shuffleboard, free volleyball, free basketball. Walk to 2 city parks. Close to many dining choices. Easy on and off of island from quiet north end location. No charge beach chairs. Really nice wide sand beach. Great neighborhood. Easy parking and easy walking either on street/sidewalk or on beach to Ft. Myers Beach pier and Times Square area.

1 king bed and 1 queen sofa sleeper. Nice screened lanai with great views of the Gulf of Mexico and Sanibel Island lighthouse. Daily dolphin sightings. Very safe beach. Nice shells on beach.
