Rent this two bedroom two bath unit for New Years week at Marriott's Barony Beach Club. Do not delay, each year these weeks sell out and this year less people are flying so resorts such as this that you don't have to fly to are even more popular due the down turn in the economy. Check in is Saturday December 26 and check out is January 2, 2010. This is the premier resort on Hilton Head Island.

Terms: 50% deposit due with lease signing with remaining 50% due 90 days prior to check in. Renter agrees by sending payment that they will abide by all resort rules including no pets. Renter is reponsible for all damages that may occur while they occupy the unit. Must be at least 21 at check in and must possess valid credit card for security deposit.
