General Description:
Rent this 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit that sleeps up to 12 people for Christmas this year at less than $100 per person for the whole week. This is the newest Ocean front resort in Marriott's stable on Hilton Head Island, SC. Everyone whom has rented or stayed at a Marriott Property know how much nicer they are than the others and this one is only 3 years old!

TERMS: Subject to prior rental. Must be atleast 21 years of age upon check in. 50% deposit due with rental. Remaining 50 % due 90 days prior to check in date. All cancelations will result in loss of deposit unless I'm successfull at re-renting for more than you owe. I will deduct $200 for my time to re-rent the condo. Renter agrees by sending payment that they will be responsible for all damages that may occur while they occupy the unit and will follow all resort rules including no pets.
