Westin St. John Resort Villas - Timeshare Rental

General Description:
This One Bedroom Loft Villa is in building 34 has a good view and is quite spacious. Please note, no transportation is included in this rental. Price is already under our maintenance fee, so don't lowball us too bad. This is still a great unit for a great price! Must be at least 21 years old to rent.

Resort Description:
The Westin St. John is considered the jewel of the Westin vacation ownership brand. Seeing any images of it, you can’t ignore the impeccable grounds and lush tropical landscaping. It is very wide open, walkable, and quite beautiful. There are several bars and restaurants on site, as well as water sports, a fitness center, shops, a spa, and a kids club. Villa guests may use any amenities at the resort. All the non-motorized water sports on the bay are also free.

Unit Description:
The villa is a loft type villa. To get to the villa, you have to walk up one flight of stairs. The first floor description comes first…..As you walk in, there is a full bath right there. Going in, there is a full kitchen which opens up to a living room with sliding glass doors that reveal a nice deck that looks out to the bay. The living room has a BOSE sound system with flat-screen TV’s. Upstairs, there is a one-bedroom suite with a full bath with granite counters.
This rental is for unit #3425. The dates are: July 11-18, 2009. This unit sleeps 4 with the use of a sofa bed. These are definitely not your typical timeshare studio disguised as a one bedroom unit. They have 750 square feet of space.

Nearby Attractions:
There is a bay at the resort that is very nice, and there are beautiful houses on the hillside overlooking the bay. But when going to St. John, people always want to experience some of the North-shore beaches like Trunk Bay, Maho Bay, and Hawksnest, to name a few. There are also many hiking options for the adventurers who are looking to experience that. The National Park is very helpful on that.

Nearby Restaurants:
There are a few restaurants to choose from right on the resort grounds. There is a great little beach restaurant called Snorkel’s that provides beach-front seating and casual dining. There are two other more upscale options as well. Toward the end of the resort is the open-air restaurant named Beach Café and Bar that offers upscale dining, sometimes with live music, and sometimes buffet style.
