I am selling my timeshare in Cabo that has 13 years left on it - it is 'week 1' on the timeshare scale(first Monday in January every year). My asking price is $5000.00 USD plus transfer fee & I know the new owner(s) will enjoy the suite as much as I have. There is also a yearly maintenance fee like any other timeshare which is approximately $840.00 US which is very easy to cover when split between even four people. Resort Description:
I have been down the last five years in a row & have enjoyed every last minute. Unfortunately circumstances in life have me questioning whether or not I'll be able to make it the next couple of years so it might be a waste for me.

Unit Description:
The suite has two double beds & a full bath in one room attached to a second room with a sofa-bed, kitchen suite, & dining room. There are two balconies & one has a private hot tub on it! This hot tub is for my suite only, not shared with other people in the resort! Sit on any of the balconies or in the hot tub & enjoy the view from my top floor!

Nearby Attractions:
The resort is right next door to the biggest shopping mall in Cabo & over looks the marina. So many great restaurants along the boardwalk just below you! Also, if you want to party in Cabo...you're within walking distance of all the great clubs & hot spots!

Any type of food you want you will find...have enjoyed many great meals over the years down there. The seafood is obviously the best thing going but my girl & I had a great Italian meal on night.
