General Description:
The Marriott Phuket Vacation Club is set within the JW Marriot Resort Hotel. Guests can use all the facilities this 5 star resort has to offer as well as enjoying the space of a two bedroom apartment.

Resort Description:
The resort is set right on Mai Khao Beach only 20 minutes from Phuket's International Airport. It is a peaceful location with little development at present. The beach is picture postacard perfect.
The resort is set in beautifully maintained tropical grounds with acres of space for walking around. There are tree beautiful swimming pools, including one for children complete with water bubbles and a fantastic waterslide.
Spa facilities are top rated and there are tennis courts and watersports facilities available.
Thai massage is available on the beach (very reasonably priced) or in the spa.
The kids club is amazing! There are two sections: one for younger children with a daily activity programme and lots of air-conditioned indoor play space. The other is for teenagers complete with games consols, DVDs and an alternative activity programme.
There is also a family programme with complimentary acitivites going on throughout the day for all the family - yoga, thai dancing, batik painting etc. You can be busy if you want to or just relax by a quiet pool and enjoy the beautiful surroundings and the amazing weather you get at this time of year in Phuket.

Unit Description:
The unit consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms and an open plan kitchen and living area. There is a large balcony area with table and chairs (or if you wish, a ground floor apartment can be requested and you then have a beautiful patio) with views of the tropical gardens and there is also a laundry room in the apartment with a washer and separate dryer.
The master bedroom has a super king size bed, fitted wadrobes, arm chairs, tv and incredible en-suite bathroom with giant bath, separate shower two sinks and separte toilet. It is heaven!
The other bedroom has two double beds and an en-suite bathroom with bath and overhead shower, sink and toilet.
The sofa in the living room can be converted into a bed if required.
The apartments are modern and spacious and immaculate with excellent ameneties and are cleaned daily by a maid service.
There is a microwave, large fridge, rice cooker and blender all provided in the kitchenette and water is replenished daily.

Nearby Attractions:
The resort itself is so amazing that you may well not want to leave (we never do)! But nearby attractions include:
Phuket Fantasea - a show spectacular with incredible dancing, costumes, acrobatics and 76 elephants that has won copious awards.
Patong, the shopping centre of Phuket has barigns galore on offer and a hectic nightlife to suit all tastes!
There are of course numerous boating trips on offer to remote beaches, small islands, and snorkelling havens as well as to the more developed islands in this area of Phuket.

Cucina - the Italian restaurant for delicious wood fired pizzas and fantastic pasta (restaurant air-conditioned or enjoy the outside terrace)
The Andaman Grill - Steak and Incredible seafood cooked how you wish (you choose your own lobster!) on a romantic decked setting overlooking the beach
The Marriott Cafe - for the worlds greatest breakfast (waffle, pancake, crepe station, dim sum, juice bar and freshly cooked hot food) and a different buffet every night from Indian (with Naan breads cooked fresh in the tandoor),to Thai to an wonderful seafood barbacue.
The Thai restuarant serving authentic food beautifully presented and done to any level of hotness you can take. This is our favourite choice and will give you a memorable experience!
