Desert Breezes Resort - Timeshare For Sale

General Description:
This is not a giant resort like Marriott or Westin but that is an advantage. It only has about 76 units that are all built around the pool and large pond. There is a huge grassy area between each of the units and the pool and pond.It is like having a giant back yard. The grass is lovely for the kids to play or just sit and enjoy life.

Resort Description:
There are three pools. One pool at the rec center, another in the center of the units and an adult pool near check in. The pools are heated in the winter. Not warm just right. There is no pool service but we found this to be very relaxing and less expensive. Just take what you want to the pool. We went Easter break and they said they were full but it was so quiet and not too crowded. We found it to be very tidy and well maintained. The crew scrubbed the barbque every day. The landscape is nothing fancy but very lovely and peaceful with the grass and snapdragons. Nice tennis courts,work out room. They will give you a rachet and balls.

Unit Description:
There are barbques and hot tubs for almost each building. There are about 8 building with 8-9 units each. We sat in the hot tub each night by ourselves! The decor was beachy and well maintained; however, this summer they are all getting a 'face lift' with new furniture.

Great location. For you tennis players, IT IS WALKING DISTANCE TO THE INDIAN WELLS TOURNAMENT-ABOUT ONE BLOCK! It is only a few miles from the Bermuda Dunes course where the Bob Hope Classic is played. It is on the edge of Indian Wells and Palm Desert.

The resort is about 2 blocks from great restaurant Las Casuelas Mexican food as well as the grocery store, Trader Joes and much more.
