Carlsbad is a quaint beach town. You can walk or ride bikes through out the town or along the coast.The staff are very helpful and friendly. If you bring the children,check out the daily activities for them. There's always something going on at or around the resort.

Unit Description:
This unit is on the north side of the resort. You can see the Pacific Ocean from your patio. You just walk out of your room and you are within steps to Fidel's and The Good News restaurants.

Nearby Attractions:
For sight-seeing, Knott's Berry Farm (67 miles), Disneyland (61 miles), San Diego Zoo (35 miles), Wild Animal Park, Seaworld (31 miles) and Legoland (6 miles) are within an easy drive. Tours to Ensenada, Mexico, and J. Paul Getty Museum/Hollywood are provided from this resort location.
There's some great walking trails in Torry Pines and the night life in the Gas Lamp, downtown San Diego is a must .

There are many good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. But, San Diego is known for it's wonderful variety of restaurants. So, I encourage you to venture out and try new places.
