These Three Bedroom Pool Villas are the most in-demand units on the property. They are huge, at over 2800 sq. feet. The most incredible part is your own private pool in a private courtyard. Private pool parties in a phenomenal tropical location—absolutely wonderful! Please note, no transportation is included in this rental. We will gladly provide proof of our ownership to make sure you are comfortable with the transaction.

Resort Description:
The Westin St. John is considered the jewel of the Westin vacation ownership brand. Seeing any images of it, you can’t ignore the impeccable grounds and lush tropical landscaping. It is very wide open, walkable, and quite beautiful. There are several bars and restaurants on site, as well as water sports, a fitness center, shops, a spa, and a kids club. Villa guests may use any amenities at the resort. All the non-motorized water sports on the bay are also free

Unit Description:
The villa is a two-story villa. The first floor description comes first…..There is a large living room with French doors that open up to the pool deck. Next to that is a full kitchen with granite counters, and stainless appliances that also overlooks the pool. The master suite is just down a small hall and has a large whirlpool tub, as well as a glass enclosed shower. There are also 2 baths downstairs. Upstairs, there are two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Both bedrooms overlook the pool area.
The villa is basically laid out in an “L” shape as it accents the private pool with its own soothing waterfall. These units were new in 2005 or so and are the ones usually featured in the Westin ads. These are where the celebrities stay. This is unit Posh. It has flat screen TV's, Bose stereo system, great decor, and will not disappoint. It is no wonder why these units are the hardest to get!
This rental is for unit #4412. The dates are: 6/20-6/27, 2009. This unit sleeps 10. If comparing units, buildings 43 and 44 are newer and are farther from the road. Also, this unit has the hot tub and grill outside, where some of the older units do not! Do your homework. This unit is the one for you!

Nearby Attractions:
There is a bay at the resort that is very nice, and there are beautiful houses on the hillside overlooking the bay. But when going to St. John, people always want to experience some of the North-shore beaches like Trunk Bay, Maho Bay, and Hawksnest, to name a few. There are also many hiking options for the adventurers who are looking to experience that. The National Park is very helpful on that.

Nearby Restaurants:
There are a few restaurants to choose from right on the resort grounds. There is a great little beach restaurant called Snorkel’s that provides beach-front seating and casual dining. There are two other more upscale options as well. Toward the end of the resort is the open-air restaurant named Beach Café and Bar that offers upscale dining, sometimes with live music, and sometimes buffet style.
