This is a one week per year floating week. This is a winter time share you can book from December thru the first week in January, Feburary, March and April. You will also get the week for New years 2009. Yearly dues are $664.

We also have a Holliday perfered time share which you can book from Mid-September - Mid June everything but summer it is priced @ $3995. This is a two bedroom two bath condo and will sleep six but can fit more.
Use the facilities year round including three exercise, two Golf courses, water park and much more. You can also get bonus time. . You can join RCI and bank this week and travel anywhere RCI has resorts.
