There is a washer/dryer and the kitchen is equipped with dishwasher and microwave and basic cookware and utensils. There is also a pull out sofa so the unit will comfortably sleep 6. There is a king in the downstairs bedroom, 2 twins in the upstairs bedroom and the pull out sofa in the living room. There is cable TV and a telephone.
