General Description:
We own a floating week in any of the buildings. We specifically have a week for June 6-13, 2009 that is in a unit RIGHT ON THE BEACH. One-bedroom that sleeps 4. This is in the newer building that was completed about 2 years ago. Front on view of the beach, the ocean, and the famous Arch. You'll have romantic sunsets and all that goes with it EVERY NIGHT! Unit has a separate bedroom, bathroom, full kitchen, TV, and newer furniture.

We also have other weeks that we can reserve at your time convenience.

Cabo Villas Beach Resort is right on the best beach in Cabo San Lucas area. This is where all the fun action is. The resort has all the amenities, i.e. restaurants, swimming pools with swim in bars, jaccuzi, etc. Walking distance to the Marina, shopping, and all the downtown nightclubs. Step out of your unit to your own private beach chair at the beach resort, or enjoy a bucket of beers from Billigans, The Office, or Mango Deck. This is where all the fun action is.

Unit Description:
This unit is RIGHT ON THE BEACH. It is the newer unit with newer furniture. Look out over Medano beach, the water, and beautiful sunsets every night. Unit also has a separate bedroom and sleeps a total of 4 people (officially).

Nearby Attractions:
The resort has so many things to do right there, that you may not want to leave. But, if you do, Cabo Villas Beach Resort is a very short walk to the Marina. There are many fine restaurants, shops, and night clubs all within a very short walk. Grocery stores are also very close. Book a fishing excursion, swim with a dolphin, or take a sailing cruise. It's all right there. Biggest thing is that you don't need to rent a car or get into a cab.

Nearby Restaurants:
This resort has some very fine restaurants. Last year, we met some people and quickly became friends. They went fishing that day and caught some really nice fish. They gave the fish to the chef at the on-premesis restaurant, and he created a very awesome feast. We had a table set up right on the beach with a band. I thought, 'man, it doesn't get any better than this!'.

There are a few restaurants on the property with several top restaurants nearby and at the marina (a very short walk). You'll have plenty of culinary options.
