I am a private timeshare owner, not the resort. I AM NOT A BUSINESS, I RENT TO RECOVER MY COSTS WHEN I HAVE SURPLUS TIMESHARE TIME I CAN'T USE. You will receive value for your money. This is a timeshare resort where you will be registered as my guest. All units are individually owned but maintained and furnished by the resort management.
