Yes the $400 rate is for off season. A summer 2BR is in the $1100 to $1200 range. Special holidays like Thanksgiving are more. 4BR units available too. Shorter stays are also available, 2 night minimum.

This is a timeshare resort where you will be registered as my guest. All units are individually owned but maintained and furnished by the resort management.
