Rental price is negotiable, but is the lowest price advertised on the internet. You must be 25 yrs. old to rent. Sleeps up to 4 with a queen bed in the Br and and a queen sleeper sofa in the LR. All newly remodeled.

Resort Description:
Best timeshare on the Cape, it has great reviews. All remodeled units, this unit #508 has a nice view of the water. Resort has 2 pools, plenty of activities, friendly and competent staff.

Unit Description:
The whole unit has been remodeled, LR with flat panel LCD TV, Queen sleeper sofa, BR with queen bed, new bathroom with granite counter and new marble bath. Great water views.

Nearby Attractions:
Restaurants both onsite and nearby, golf courses nearby, also close to shopping and beaches. Take a boat trip or just relax by the pool. Play tennis or get involved in the daily activities,
