Sheraton's Broadway Plantation - Timeshare Rental and Resale

General Description:
The place we have our week ownership is at the Sheraton's Broadway Plantation resort in Myrtle Beach, SC within walking distance of Broadway at the Beach. The units are large and very attractivly decorated. All utensils are included in the full kitcen that includes a dishwasher, large refregerator with freezer, a counter with bar stools and large table in the dining area. The master suite with a king size bed has private access to the balcony and includes a large jacuzzi tub with a private toilet area and shower. There is also a large TV and plenty of closet space and a dresser. The other bedroom includes private access to the other bathroom that includes large counter space separate from the toilet and shower/tub area. This bedroom offers two full size beds, TV and closet area. The living area includes a double pull out sleeper sofa, TV/VCR or TV/DVD combo, plenty of comfy chairs and a private balcony that one can step out on to view the beautigul well-kept grounds with ponds, fountains, trees and birds.

Resort Description:
This resort just added a water slide area last year [2008], plus there is a lazy river ride, two large pools, one that meanders inside, three jacuzzis and plenty of activities for everyone. Activities include put put golf, tennis, basketball, billiards and more. Leave your beach towels and sports equipment at home, because they are provided by this resort for free. Need any thing, just call the main office and they will be there in an instant. We needed a roll-a-way bed [no extra charge], and it was there within minutes. We also had problems with out washer/dryer unit and maintenance was there within minutes and resolved the situation. The staff ws exceptional, whether they were in the checkin/checkout area, pool area, bar/snack bar area, equipment check out area or any where else. We felt like we belonged there and did not want to leave. You will love it here. You may also be able to rent at other sites, such as The Sheraton Vistana Villages in Orlando, FL, but it depends on the week needed and size of unit needed. Ask me about this if you are interested. There is even a resort offered in the Bahamas where you have complete access to The Atlantis.

Unit Description:
Our unit is a two bedroom, two bathroom unit that actually sleeps 8; 2 in the master bedroom that has a king size bed; 4 in the other bedroom housing two full size beds and a queen size sofa bed in the living area. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a full size refridgerator/freezer, microwave, range/oven, coffee maker, toaster, blender and dishwasher. A washer/dryer combo will make your life easier and was in use every day. It was pleasure to go home knowing that most of our clothes were already washed and dried. There is a breakfast bar for two and a large dining room table with 6 chairs. The master bedroom includes a private toilet/shower area with a large whirlpool tub. The screened in porch in not only practical to keep out bugs, but a dreat safety feature for children. There are three TVs, one in each bedroom and one in the living area that includes a TV/VCR,CD entertainment center. Our view was fantastic! We could watch the sunrise, the birds and turtles in the water and the fountains [with color at night].

This property is within walking distance of Broadway at the Beach. It is very close to the beach, various restaurants and actvities. You will be able to get discounts toward various theme parks, minature golf courses, restaurants, etc. The staff is there to serve you and help you with directions and answer any questions you may have. Staying here was the greatest pleasure our family has exprienced and one you will not forget and may even want to buy in to.

Do you like seafood? There are fabulous seafood all-you-can-eat restaurants everywhere. I recommend trying Captain's Benjamin's and The Giant Crab. There are coupon books evey where to help the pocketbook There are many museums of interest, such as Ripley's Believe It or Not, Motion Master, Ripley's Aquarium and the Rice Museum. Dinner theaters include Medieval Times and The Dixie Stampede, but there are other live shows available for your viewing pleasure. There are also several water parks and amusement parks, plus Brookgreen Gardens, which includes beautiful gardens and a wildlife park.
