this is a lovely resort right on the Pier. it is really nice and perfectly clean resort , was just renewed a year ago. THere is a nice restaurant adjacent to the resort offering Waterfront dining, COcktails and entertainment. . the Resort amenities include an indoor heated pool, a hot tub, a sauna, a picnic area with Grills and a Playground. There is onsite boating available as Pier located qt Skippy ' s Marina,

Yarmouth is a lovely town for vacations. qnd well situated on the Cape.

Unit Description:
the unit 041 at Pier 7 in South Yarmouth is very attractive, it has a small entrance, a king size bed. a full bath. there is also a love sit, it is really nice and perfectly clean. The units at Pier 7 were all renewed a year ago. The unit is on the ground floor, and is light. opening on the pier. the furniture is new. there is a TV, a VCR on the unit, here is also a service bar on the unit. the Laundry is located only 5 minutes away. The service bar in-unit includes a refregirator.

The town is a resort type town. withseveral restaurants and many shops. there are Art shops in Yarmouth, and South Yarmouth, towns are close to the water, and offer all kinds of attraction for the Summer, boating , fishing, playgrounds for children, Boating is avalable on-site. The resort is located directly on the Pier. The beach is only at 2 to 3 minutes walk.

Nex to the resort is a very nice restaurant : Skippy's Pier 1 Restaurant, adjacent to Pier7 . it offers waterfront dining, cocktails and entertainment. IT features all kinds of Massachussets receipes, fish, and Great NIghtly Specials. THere are other restaurants around, that I cannot describe in detail. but they all are quite nice. Also The nearby towns all offer lovely places to eat. and bars.
