Marriott St. Kitts Beach Club - Timeshare Rental and Exchange

General Description:
We will be renting this 2BR oceanside wk from Feb 13-20, 2010. We can alter the check-in/out to Fri-Fri or Sun-Sun if desired.

We have multiple timeshares in the Caribbean for President's Week, so we will be renting this in 2009 to some lucky guest. The beach is the BEST we've been to of many in the Caribbean and is also much less crowded than many. There are also great rainforest walks in St Kitts, and I was surprised that I did not see even one mosquito (rare for a rainforest).

Absolutely incredible brand new Oceanside 2BR unit with Marble baths and Granite kitchen. At 1,500 square feet, this unit with Oceanview is one of only a handful on the property that have been converted to Timeshare units. View this property on line. The hotel, beach, pools, casino and restaurants are extraordinary - truly one of the finest properties in the entire Caribbean.

Unit includes a master bedroom with King and full bath with shower and separate marble bath and the second bedroom features two Queens. There is a full second bathroom, living room with large balcony, kitchen with all new GE stainless steel appliances. Living room boasts new 42' Sony LCD TV with DVD player and bedrooms have 27' Sony LCDs as well. Washer/Dryer, dishwasher - the place has everything.

Do your shopping from the room - groceries may be delivered to your room for just a small additional cost of going to the store but you save cab fare and any lost time as you will not want to leave this property unless it is to take the ferry to Nevis, visit Turtle Beach or golf the incredible ocean and caribbea-bordering championship golf course right on the grounds. Your dream vacation awaits you on this beautiful island that has not yet been overrun by the commercialization that has taken hold on most of its neighbors. The airport is about 4 miles away. There are numerous dining options at this resort - from Sushi, Italian, Steak House, Caribbean and there is a duty-free shop with duty-free prices right in the main hotel amid a variety of wonderful stores. Don't miss the Rum and Cigar bar in the hotel if enjoying fine rum and inexpensive Cubans is your thing. The casino is the largest in the Caribbean. One of the only places I have visited, especially during peak time (President's Week) where you could always find a chair by the pool (there are two huge pools) or find a cabana (built-in) on the winding beach

Nearby Attractions:
Of the many attractions on St Kitts, we loved the rainforest hikes. I was surprised that I did not see a single mosquito -- I didn't think I'd ever see a rainforest without them!

Nearby Restaurants:
There are lots of restaurants nearby and on the resort that we loved. One of our favorites was this little place where you could eat right on the beach with your toes in the sand at sunset.
